Segway New Zealand is permitted to provide limited essential services during Alert Level 4.

• Call 0800 SEGWAY or 0800 2 SEGWAY (7 days) for free phone support on all Segway-Ninebot products.

• For individuals who rely on their Segway products for personal mobility purposes, as an authorised supplier to ACC and Accessable, we can supply parts and also provide urgent on-site servicing during Alert Level 4 (as long as this can be performed safely).

• For organisations that deploy Segway products as part of providing their essential services (e.g. security patrols, productivity roles, etc), we can supply parts and provide urgent on-site servicing during Alert Level 4 (as long as this can be performed safely).
