Magnificent food, incredible attention to detail and amazing presentation are just some of the qualities required for a restaurant to win a Michelin Star.
This week Michelin awarded their first-ever Stars to restaurants in New Zealand. Never before has the world's most coveted food award been bestowed in this country.
Yes, there's a Navimow angle to this story - read on...
Just one restaurant received two stars: Essence in Queenstown.

One Star was awarded to 14 restaurants, and we're thrilled that two of these have the good taste to use Navimow robot mowers to keep the lawns outside their dining rooms immaculately presented to the public.
We congratulate Tantalus Estate and Mudbrick Winery - both located on Waiheke Island. These fine establishments have been running Navimow robot mowers for two seasons now, and they do an exceptional job of keeping their lawns perfectly presented.
Read our previous entries about Navimow at Tantalus here and here. We havent written about Mudbrick yet, but they operate two Navimow X390s and a H3000, with more rumoured to be added to their fleet this season.
Here are all 14 winners of one Michelin Star.

One hundred and ten restaurants received recognition in total, located in Auckland (including Waiheke Island), Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.
